Terms of Use, Failure to follow these terms may lead to the immediate suspension of your account, no refund will be given for accounts not following the Terms.

1. All ad's must be for products or items of an Aquarium nature or use.

2. You may list only one item per ad, grouped items are aloud but must be sold complete, for example a fish tank with all accessories.

3. Business users must give either a 12 month warranty on all items listed, or state in the ad the warranty period. (Not including livestock or tanks).

4. All sellers can only post one ad per item, for example, if you have 1000 fish for sale, and list them for sale individually, you can only have one ad, not 1000, you can however state the stock numbers in your ad.

5. It is the seller responsibility to make sure the stock listed on the site is avaliable, this is within reason, however stock must have been avaliable within one month of the ad being live.
