Can I list more than one item in an Ad?
No, all items require a seperate ad unless they are a full tank or system, a colony, or group of fish, but they must all be sold for one set price. not individually labelled in the description.
I have contacted the seller but they are not responding, what can I do?
Unfortunately very little, we have the same methods of contacting them as you, if you don't get the desired responce within 10 days, please contact us, we will remove the ad.
I have paid for fish to be shipped but they have not arrived, what can I do?
Firstly, if it is a business try to contact them directly on the phone, if it was a private ad and they will not reply, or are just making excuses you may want to contact your bank and request it be charged back, which is not always possible, or contact the police if you believe it is fraud, please also inform us and we will do our best to work with the police.
I Sold my item, how do I remove it from the site?
Simply login to the site, click on "My Ad List", and block the ad's you want to be taken off the site.
My ad is not showing on the site, whats happening?
Double check you do not have the ad blocked, Simply login to the site, click on "My Ad List", and unblock the ad, if it still does not display, edit the ad to make sure you are looking in the correct section, if it still fails to show, please use the contact us section to notify us of the problem.
I signed up for the free service, but wish to upgrade to a paid service, how can I do this?
Signin to your account, click on My Account, and click Renew picking your desired plan.
